Stephen McGrath is a Relationship Manager at Cross Coastal Advisors’ Needham Office after originally joining the practice in 2016 as a Practice Management Assistant. He works closely with a number of the firm’s Partners to provide operational excellence and to maintain the highest level of client support.

Prior to joining our firm, Stephen was the New Business Manager at First American Insurance Underwriters where he was involved in case illustration and operations. He originally entered the financial services space in 2012 as an agent for American Income Life Insurance Company.

Stephen graduated from UMass Amherst with a BA in Entrepreneurship and later earned a MBA with a focus in Economics from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, Steve also operates the vIQtory Sports podcast where he speaks with professional athletes about their individual journeys on and off their field of play.

He resides in Norwood, MA with his wife, Ashley, and their 2 dogs.
